PLAN
For Patients with regular cleanings(with absence of periodontal dental disease)

- 1-2 Doctor exams/yr
- X-rays as needed
- 1 – 2 emergency exams/yr- if needed*

PERIODONTAL MAINTENANCE PLAN
For Patients with active periodontal gum disease who have been enrolled in a periodontal maintenance treatment program $

- 3 – 4 Professional dental cleanings/yr
- 1-2 Doctor exams/yr
- X-rays as needed
- 1 – 2 emergency exams/yr- if needed*
- *Cannot be combined with other discount offers
What if I can’t afford to pay for all of my treatment at once?
For patients with or without insurance, we offer alternative options to finance your dental care. We work with third-party companies, such as Care Credit and Sunbit, which provide patients the option of manageable monthly payments interest-free for up to 12 months. Find out more information below.
